Q. What time is check in?
A.  Check in is at 4 p.m.
Q. Can I bring pets?
A. Our cabins are NOT pet friendly.  Please be mindful of those with allergies and leave your furry friends at home.
Q. Is there a maximum number of people?
A. Each property has a maximum number.
Q.  What time is check out?  
A.  Check out is at 10 a.m. sharp.  This allows our cleaners enough time to get the cabin ready for our next guests.

Q. What do we need to bring?

Every cabin is outfitted with bed linens, blankets, pillows and a towels (bath, hand and washcloth) . All cabins have a washer and dryer. We provide a starter supply of hotel size shampoo, conditioner and soap in each bathroom.  1 to 2  rolls of toilet paper provided per bathroom.   

Our cabins have well equipped kitchens, including coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, blender,  glass baking dishes and wine glasses.  Some kitchens offer more so we'll be glad to confirm items for you--just ask.


Q.  Are there certain times of the year that I cannot use the fireplace?

 A.  During the warmer months, most gas fireplaces are disabled as operation of gas fireplaces during these times could cause an A/C failure.  Fireplaces are available from October 1st to March 1st.


Q. What should I do if there is an issue with my cabin during my stay?

A. Issues can occur during your stay that can tend to be a nuisance. In the event there is something with your cabin that is less than satisfactory please call us and report it to us. We will be more than happy to fix the issue for you in a timely manner so you can go back to enjoying your vacation.


Q.  Is there a phone number I can call for road closures and winter weather information?  

A.  Yes, please call 1-865-436-1200 and they have information about the weather and road conditions at Great Smoky Mountain National Park.


Q,  Is there skiing nearby?

A.  Yes, skiing is at Ober Gatlinburg.  Visit their web page for more information at


Q. Are there grocery stores nearby?

Yes, there are several grocery stores to choose from.  Food City in Pigeon Forge is on the east side of the Parkway just north of traffic light #8.  Food City is the closes if you are staying at Wild Things and Wilderness Escape. Kroger in Pigeon Forge is on Wears Valley Rd--right off the Parkway at traffic light #3.  The Kroger sign is easy to miss so look for the Taco Bell sign--it's right in front of the Kroger.  Publix is located on the west side of the Parkway just south of traffic light #3.  Pulibx and Kroger are the closest grocery stores if you are staying at Dances with Wolves and Bears Everywhere. And the Walmart Supercenter is a little further north (in Sevierville) at the Parkway and Collier Drive (Governor's Crossing).
